Food: The food will be organized pot luck. Consideration will be given to those who may be travelling a longer distance who may wish to make an additional donation toward the purchase of meat dishes (in addition to the $10.00 registration fee)

Cost: $10.00 per attendee as a donation to defray expenses of the meeting, food for the day including meat, tableware, tea, coffee, etc.
