Mac Davis returns home to Lubbock for his first appearance since his closing Centennial Concert at United Spirit Arena in March 2009. He was the host of that gigantic concert featuring a huge array of famous LUBBOCK artists along with the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra and a city wide Choir and the LUBBOCK Texas Rhythm Machine. This time Don Caldwell produces a concert with Mac in the intimate Cactus Theater environment. Mac will perform with his musical side kick and nationally acclaimed guitarist/songwriter/producer Mike Loudermilk. This is a concert of a lifetime for Lubbock Texas and the Cactus Theater .... The 24-year-old Avicii wrote this song with the 72-year-old songwriter Mac Davis, who is a member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame thanks to his Elvis Presley compositions, which include "In The Ghetto" and "A Little Less Conversation."
